Firstmac achieved a rating of 78% in the annual survey, which assessed 17 different attributes related to products, personnel, speed, support, and technology offered by each lender.

Kim Cannon, the Managing Director of Firstmac, expressed pride in winning the broker-driven award for the fifth consecutive year, recognizing the dedicated efforts in fostering a genuine service-oriented culture.

"This accomplishment marks a significant milestone for Firstmac, securing a five-time win after being voted as the top non-bank lender in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022," Mr. Cannon stated.

"We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the brokers who supported us in these awards. We appreciate your feedback and eagerly anticipate utilizing it to enhance our service even further in the coming year," Mr. Cannon added.

The annual survey, involving 1,002 mortgage brokers, evaluated the performance of lenders they worked with over the previous 12 months. The extensive participation provided diverse perspectives and experiences throughout the process.

Oliver Stofka, the commercial director of Momentum Intelligence, acknowledged Firstmac's remarkable accomplishment in surpassing 12 other non-bank lenders included in the survey.

"Year after year, Firstmac consistently performs exceptionally well, demonstrating their commitment to providing the highest level of service to brokers. Maintaining this level of excellence for five consecutive years is a remarkable achievement, earning the lender great respect among brokers," Mr. Stofka commented.

The comprehensive survey results offer insights into the performance of all lenders within the third-party lending channel, providing valuable guidance for lenders to enhance their offerings in the marketplace and informing brokers about top-performing lenders.

This victory in the Third-Party Lending survey adds to Firstmac's recognition as Non-Bank of the Year at the Mortgage Business Awards 2023.
