For decades, Firstmac has been the employer of scores of happy staff, including Lending Managers, support staff, eBDMs, accountants, analysts, marketers, IT professionals, and customer care representatives at the top of their game. Their aim is to innovate to bring the best in finance to Firstmac’s customers, investors, and broker partners.

Strong management with a demonstrated track record
Founder Kim Cannon created the Firstmac business in 1979 and has grown it into one of Australia’s leading non-bank lenders. He is supported by CFO James Austin, Head of Operations Julie Sanders, and Managing Director Marie Mortimer, all long-term employees with Firstmac who offer a depth and breadth of experience.
Firstmac is a challenger company that stays ahead of the big banks by using smart technology and highly-trained support staff based in our Brisbane office.
