Guidelines for Completing the SA Mortgage Document

The Mortgage records our interest in the security property and is lodged by Firstmac with the relevant State land registry.

The SA Mortgage must be signed by all Mortgagors where their name is listed in blue or black pen in the presence of an acceptable witness. 

An acceptable witness must be over the age of 18 and not a party to the mortgage, and must note their full name, address and telephone number on the Mortgage.

Two copies of this document are required for registration. Please ensure this document is printed double sided.
