Guidelines for Completing the QLD Mortgage Document

The Mortgage records our interest in the security property and is lodged by Firstmac with the State land registry.

The QLD Mortgage must be signed by all Mortgagors where your name is listed in blue or black pen in the presence of an acceptable witness. 

An acceptable witness must be a solicitor, Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for Declarations.

Two copies of this document are required to be printed single sided and signed by you in the presence of the witness.
