Guidelines for Completing the NT Mortgage Document

The Mortgage records our interest in the security property and is lodged by loans.com.au with the relevant State land registry.
The NT Mortgage must be signed by all Mortgagors where their name is listed in blue or black pen in the presence of an acceptable witness. 

An acceptable witness must be: a Commissioner for Oaths; Notary Public; Member of the Legislative Assembly; Legal Practitioner; member of the Police Force; or person licensed as conveyancing agent or real estate agent under the Agents Licensing Act; who is not a party to the mortgage.

Two copies of this document are required for registration. Please ensure this document is printed single sided.
